How will Pilates benefit you?
Pilates helps to bring your body into correct alignment and to work the muscles from the inside out. This builds support for the spine and helps to relieve unwanted stress and tension.
You will learn to use and move your body correctly and this will help to improve your posture and build strength and flexibility in a balanced way.
You are always using your mind when practising Pilates, to focus on the quality of your alignment and movement.
Yes regular practice and commitment are required for the best results!
If you are new to body control pilates and/or have pysical problems, it is usual to have at least one private session before joining a group.
