The Yealmpton Community Association

The Yealmpton Centre is managed by the Yealmpton Community Association, YCA, of which every resident of Yealmpton is a member. The Association is a charitable body that has both a general and an executive committee to oversee its operations.

The Yealmpton Community and Resource Centre was opened on the 18th of May 1996 by Gratton Endicott, the Secretary to the Trustees of the Foundation for Sport and the Arts. The development was additionally supported by the organisations whose logos appear at the foot of this page.

The Centre is located a building partly shared by Yealmpton Primary School in Stray Park. The intention of this website is to advertise the venue and services provided by the YCA and to offer a promotional platform for the organisations regularly using the Centre. We also aim to provide a useful tool with information about events and activities taking place in the village for the Yealmpton residents.
